Pheobe Halliwell (Alyssa Milano)
Phoebe Halliwell is the youngest child of Victor Bennett and Patty Halliwell. Phoebe was the carefree spirit who lived in New York before moving back to the Halliwell manor. Upon returning to the manor, Phoebe was on good terms with Piper, but there was mountable tension between herself and Prue. Eventually tensions lightened up some for the eldest and youngest as the season progressed.Phoebe was the Halliwell who actually activated the powers of the Charmed Ones, after discovering the Book of Shadows in the attic. Readily accepting her powers Phoebe grew into an excellent spell writer, creating potions, and knowing all about the Book of Shadows. Having powers and uniting with her sisters helped to give Phoebe a purpose in life - something she was sorely lacking.Always wanting an active power but having only the "passive" power of Premonition, Phoebe began to compensate by studying Martial Arts and self-defense. As the seasons progressed, Phoebe's ability to defend herself using Martial Arts became excellent. Becoming a witch helped Phoebe grow as a person and become confident enough in herself that she went back to school to get her degree. She successfully graduated in season three. She lost her oldest sister, Prue, because of the Source. Phoebe became the middle sister. This meant playing the mediator between Piper and Paige, who differed as much as she and Prue had done. She found how hard it was for Piper to stay neutral and try to keep everything calm. After adjusting to many changes Phoebe married her long-time boyfriend Cole, but later found out he was the source of all evil and was forced to kill him. After the loss of her baby. Pheobe found peace at her job a place to get away. Cole still tried to contact her, but she never whent back. She was in and out of relationships, but she got to the point that she didnt trust love anymore. All she wanted was her daughter that she saw in the future. She even gave up on her powers at one time, cause she didn’t think she would ever find love again and she would never know her daughter. Untill on season 8 When coop a cupid came down to show Pheobe what she was missing.

Cole Turner assistant D.A, met Phoebe Halliwell in the alleyway of a homicide. Phoebe was attracted to Cole, but didn't know who he really was. Cole had two sides to him, his human half and his demon half. His human half was surrpressed by evil and his demon half was also known as Beltazore, The upper level demon The Source sent to kill The Charmed Ones. At many attempts to kill the sisters, Cole's human half started to come out and soon he found himself in love with Phoebe Halliwell. With the fake vanguish of Cole Turner by Phoebe Halliwell. Phoebe set out to find a way to turn Cole back to his human self away from Evil. For a long time Prue and Piper thought that Phoebe did vanguish Cole in the mosolum, but she couldn't do it cause she loved him and knew that a part of him was good. In an attempt to bring Cole back to the good side, Piper and Prue had been found out by the press and Piper was shot, The Source agreed to turn back time to save Piper back to Evil. Without Phoebe and her sister knowing, Cole and Phoebe married with the help from The Seer, his advisor. Phoebe became Queen of the Underworld and left her sisters. Phoebe became pregnant with the heir to the thrown of Evil, but was stolen by The Seer after Phoebe vanguished Cole in their pent house apt. Along side with her sisters again. (Cole wasn't vanguished, but was banished to the wastelands. Where he collected the powers of vangusied demons and warlocks.) He came back to reconstitute his marriage to Phoebe, but Phoebe wanted nothing to do with him. In evey attempt to get back the love of his life he went back in time on his 100th birthday were he was vangusied. Besides all the struggles of the two lover's they did indeed love each other. Their relationship was one that we would never forget. Even throw Cole was evil everyone wanted Pheobe and Cole to be together. But their Distney tell's another story as Pheobe lost all her love for Cole and found another love that changes her whole life.

Coop was cupid. Cupids are a race of magical beings, associated with love Coop was sent by the Elders to help PhoebePheobe with her love life. He gave her advice on her love life, and took her to the past to see her past loves (Cole Turner Dex Lawson, etc.), allowing her to love again. Later in the series, they fall in love, although it was forbidden for a Cupid to fall in love with a human, similar to how it was forbidden for Whitelighters to. accidentally lets slip that Coop is Phoebe's husband and thus his and Chris' uncle. While Chris immediately hits Wyatt to shut him up since he has revealed the unknown future, Phoebe seems freaked out at this idea, since she knows about the forbidden nature of this romance. After he tries to talk to her and reassure her to no avail, he finds himself attacked by Billie manipulative demon friend Dumain for his ring's time travel ability.When Phoebe's calls for him fail, Wyatt and Chris reveal that their love is given a blessing (and was the main underlying reason he was actually sent down) by the Elders to make up for all the events they put her through as a Charmed One. In the exact words of Wyatt, "It wasn't, and it will not be, a forbidden love." In addition to that, she was able to bring him to her by simply thinking of him due to their connection.The same episode, which depicts the futures of the Charmed Ones, shows their wedding and the three daughters they eventually have.It is interesting to note that in season 3, Phoebe is told that an apple peel in water will take the form of the first letter of the name of her true love. It is a "C," which at that time was meant to imply Cole. This prediction does come to pass though, as Coop is revealed to be her true love. Pheobe and Coop sared a life together where they got married and Pheobe got that lil girl that she forseen in the future and two other girls that she didn't. As should we sy tha tPheobe was totally happy. She kept her job at the Bay Mirrow and her column was full of love interest. She loved giving advice to other couples.
